SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines induce robust anti-spike (S) antibody and CD4<sup>+</sup> T cell responses. It is not yet clear whether vaccine-induced follicular helper CD4<sup>+</sup> T (T<sub>FH</sub>) cell responses contribute to this outstanding immunogenicity.
