This study investigated the effect of co-ingesting Natal plums (<i>Carissa macrocarpa</i>) and Marula nuts (<i>Sclerocarya birrea</i>) on the bioaccessibility and uptake of anthocyanins, antioxidant capacity, and the ability to inhibit α-glucosidase.
