We present the first report of the complete mitochondrial genome of <i>Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis</i>, which consists of 16,613 base pairs harboring 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, and a control region (D-loop). The overall base composition of the complete genome is A (27.15%), C (27.15%), T (26.77%), G (18.92%).
