ABSTRACT: Potential foci for atrial tachycardia have been previously described in various locations including crista terminalis, tricuspid annulus, coronary sinus ostium, pulmonary vein ostia. In this report, we present a case of a focal atrial tachycardia arising from the posterior wall of the left atrium which has not been described before. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.).
