Following our study of 4'-truncated (N)-methanocarba-adenosine derivatives that displayed unusually high mouse (m) A<sub>3</sub>AR affinity, we incorporated dopamine-related N<sup>6</sup> substituents in the full agonist 5'-methylamide series.
