Tips and tricks in redo aortic surgery.

ABSTRACT: Redo aortic surgery is challenging, and the operative risk is higher than that in primary aortic surgery. Preoperative imaging is a crucial guide for a safe re-entry. Scrutinized preparing in cannulation and organ protection strategies have affected surgical outcomes. With comprehensive planning and meticulously executed surgery, mortality and morbidity can be acceptable.
