To investigate the mechanisms underlying inducible resistance in postharvest tomato fruit, non-targeted metabolome analysis was performed to uncover metabolic changes in tomato fruit upon <i>Cryptococcus laurentii</i> treatment. 289 and 149 metabolites were identified in positive and negative ion modes, respectively.
