Lysine methyltransferase 2C (KMT2C) is a tumor-suppressor gene in several myeloid cells and epithelia and is linked with blood and solid tumor cancers. KMT2C single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are also connected with several cancer types. Our study aimed to explore the potential genetic polymorphisms of KMT2C in oral cancer.
