A series of multi-target natural product-pyridoxine based derivatives were designed, synthesized, characterized and evaluated as anti-Alzheimer agents. <i>In vitro</i> testing revealed the multi-functional properties of compounds such as inhibition of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), antioxidant and metal chelation.
