Rotenone (RN) is a naturally occurring isoflavone found in the root or rhizomes of fabaceae (a plant family), known for its insecticidal/pesticidal properties. Rotenone was loaded in zein nanoparticles (ZSC) by antisolvent precipitation method at room temperature.
