Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (MI/R) injury is a life-threatening disease with high morbidity and mortality. Herein, the present study is conducted to explore the regulatory mechanism of GSK3<i>β</i> in MI/R injury regarding cardiomyocyte apoptosis and oxidative stress.
