Multi-stimulation responsive nanomaterial-based drug delivery systems promise enhanced therapeutic efficacy in cancer therapy. This work examines a smart pH/GSH dual-responsive drug delivery system by using dialdehyde dextrin (DAD) end-capped mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs).
