ABSTRACT: Pulmonary pseudoaneurysms have various causes and typically arise from the main pulmonary artery. Surgical and endovascular options may be considered for treatment. We report the case of a man with a pseudoaneurysm arising from the right pulmonary artery, treated with a septal occlusion device and percutaneous thrombin injection.
