ABSTRACT: An unbiased approach to map the sentinel lymph node landscape reveals progressive immune dysfunction associated with micrometastasis in patients with stage I-III cutaneous melanoma. Evidence of tumor-induced lymph node dysfunction may motivate new hypotheses for neoadjuvant therapy with potential to reinvigorate endogenous antitumor immunity.
