Board interlocks (i.e. individuals that participate in two or more board positions) are a common mechanism to understand the network configuration of firms [2]. This paper presents and describes 2011 network and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) data using content analysis from annual reports of 137 listed firms in the Mexican Stock Exchange. [1].
