Pickled radish is a general source of natural bioactive compounds that include phenols. Here, we used molecular docking, fluorescence quenching, circular dichroism spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulations to identify potential inhibitors against xanthine oxidase from a library of pickled radish compounds.
