Two series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives at the sixth position of the 2,4-di-<i>tert</i>-butylphenol group were synthesized. The antioxidant properties were evaluated by DPPH and FRAP assays. Compound 3 showed significant antioxidant activity, while its alkyl derivatives exhibited decreased antioxidant activity in both assays.
