<b>Introduction</b>: Tenofovir alafenamide (TAF)-containing fixed-dose drug combinations (FDCs) are increasingly being used in managing pregnant women living with HIV. However, TAF is not currently recommended during pregnancy due to limited pharmacokinetic and safety data.
