We investigate the effect of micrometer-scale surface wrinkling on the attachment and proliferation of model bacteria (<i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>, <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i>, and <i>Escherichia coli</i> K12) and fungi (<i>Candida albicans</i>).
