Complete Genome Sequence of a Virulent Duck Enteritis Virus (DEV/India/IVRI-2016) Isolated from Southern India.

ABSTRACT: Molecular characterization of Indian isolates of duck enteritis virus (DEV) so far has been limited to a few selected genomic regions. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of an isolate, DEV/India/IVRI-2016, from southern India that is 158,091 bp in length.
