Diabetes mellitus patients are prone to cutaneous and subcutaneous fungal infections due to pathogenic fungi, including dermatophytes, Mucorales, <i>Candida</i>, <i>Aspergillus</i>, and <i>Fusarium</i> species. Here, we report a case of <i>A. flavus</i> mycetoma confirmed by isolation and molecular identification.
