<i>Corydalis impatiens</i> (Pall.) Fisch. 1821. (Papaveraceae) is a Tibetan medical herb used to reduce pain, treat skin injuries, cure hepatitis, and benefit the circulatory system. In the current study, the chloroplast genome of <i>C. impatiens</i> was sequenced.
