ABSTRACT: We report a case of cutaneous small-vessel vasculitis in a patient treated with clopidogrel after an ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and with amiodarone caused by persistent atrial fibrillation 6 weeks before. (Level of Difficulty: Intermediate.).
