Identification of the ferroptosis-related ceRNA network related to prognosis and tumor immunity for gastric cancer.

ABSTRACT: Gastric cancer (GC) is a highly invasive course and has a very poor prognosis. Because there are no obvious symptoms in the early stage, most patients with GC are diagnosed in the late stage. The effective diagnosis, prognosis biomarkers and treatment targets of GC can solve this problem to a great extent. Although researchers have done a lot of research on GC in recent years, the relationship between the competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network of ferroptosis-related genes and the GC remains to be explored. Therefore, the research done in this paper has become particularly important.
