This study demonstrates the therapeutic potential of indole-3-butanoyl-polyethylenimine (IBP) nanostructures formed via self-assembly in aqueous system. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis confirmed the formation of the nanostructures in the size range of ~ 194-331 nm. These nanostructures showed commendable antimicrobial activity against wide range of microbes including multi-drug resistant bacteria. Besides, appreciable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities were also observed. Resul ...[more]
