The rich and exotic electronic properties of graphene nanomeshes (GNMs) have been attracting interest due to their superiority to pristine graphene. Using first-principles calculations, we considered three graphene meshes doped with nitrogen and oxygen atoms (C<sub>10</sub>N<sub>3</sub>, C<sub>9</sub>N<sub>4</sub> and C<sub>10</sub>O<sub>3</sub>).
