External iliac artery Endofibrosis in a professional cyclist.

ABSTRACT: We present a case of a 30-year-old female professional cyclist who presented with right thigh claudication while performing high-intensity efforts. Based on the typical clinical history and the presence of a smooth long segment diffuse narrowing in the right external iliac artery on non-contrast magnetic resonance angiography, a diagnosis of external iliac artery endofibrosis or "cyclist's iliac syndrome" was made.
