Identification and ultrasensitive photoelectrochemical detection of LncNR_040117: a biomarker of recurrent miscarriage and antiphospholipid antibody syndrome in platelet-derived microparticles.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The abnormal expression of long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) in platelet-derived microparticles (PMPs) is closely related to immune disorders and may lead to antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and recurrent miscarriage. To understand the association between the LncRNAs in PMPs and RM/APS, the differences in the expression of LncRNAs in RM/APS patients and healthy controls were analyzed. Microarray analysis and RT-qPCR detection proved that RM/APS patient exhibited high levels of LncNR_040117 expression. The lentiviral silent expression transfection of HTR-8/SVneo cells indicated that LncNR_040117 downregulation decreased the activity of HTR-8/SVneo cells and inhibited the MAPK signaling pathway, further confirming the biomarker proficiency of LncNR_040117 for RM/APS. After that, we proposed a
