Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of eIF Family Genes from Brassica rapa in Response to TuMV Resistance.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Brassica rapa is one of the most important leafy vegetables worldwide, and has a long history of cultivation. However, it has not been possible to completely control the damage of turnip mosaic virus (TuMV), a serious virus in B. rapa, to production. In this study, the genome-wide identification and expression detection of eIF family genes from B. rapa in response to TuMV resistance were analyzed, including the identification of eIF family genes, chromosomal distribution, three-dimensional (3D) structure and sequence logo analyses, and the expression characterization as well as differential metabolite analysis of eIF family genes in resistant/susceptible lines, which may further prove the whole-genome tripling (WGT) event in B. rapa evolution and provide evidenc
