ABSTRACT: The title compound, C₁₆H₉N₃O₂S₂, was synthesized via a condensation reaction in refluxing acetic acid. One thienyl ring is nearly coplanar with the quinoxaline unit [dihedral angle = 3.29 (9)°], the other makes an angle of 83.96 (4)°.
