2-(Naphthalen-2-yl­oxy)-N′-[2-(naphthalen-2-yl­oxy)acet­yl]acetohydrazide monohydrate

ABSTRACT: In the crystal, mol­ecules of the title compound, C24H20N2O4·H2O, form twisted planes parallel to (011). Water mol­ecules donate O—H⋯O and accept N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming helical arrangements. The title compound, C24H20N2O4·H2O, crystallizes with half a mol­ecule of 2-(naphthalen-2-yl­oxy)-N′-[2-(naphthalen-2-yl­oxy)acet­yl]acetohydrazide and half a water mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. In the crystal, mol­ecules form planes parallel to (011). Two mol­ecules are connected by water mol­ecules via O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
