Whole-Genome Sequence of Beauveria bassiana JEF-350, a Strain with High Insecticidal Activity against Melon Thrips (Thrips palmi).

ABSTRACT: The entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana JEF-350 was isolated from forest soil in South Korea. Here, we report the whole-genome sequence of JEF-350, along with the analyzed genetic information, which can be used to study insecticidal mechanisms and fungal diversity.
