Immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) therapy has revolutionized clinical oncology. However, the efficacy of ICB therapy is limited by the ineffective infiltration of T effector (T<sub>eff</sub>) cells to tumors and the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME).
