Exploring low cost, highly active, and durable electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is of prime importance to boost energy conversion efficiency. Perovskite fluorides are emerging as alternative electrocatalysts for OER, however, their intrinsically active sites during real operation are still elusive.
