A comprehensive approach using phenomics and global transcriptomics for dissecting plant response to biostimulants is illustrated with tomato (<i>Solanum lycopersicum</i> cv. Micro-Tom and Rio Grande) plants cultivated in the laboratory, greenhouse, and open field conditions.
