Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is an aggressive and lethal cancer with a dismal five-year survival rate of 11%. Despite remarkable advancements in cancer therapeutics, PDAC patients rarely benefit from it due to insurmountable treatment resistance.
