Rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis (RR-TB) has become a major threat globally. This study aims to develop a new assay, RIF-RDp, to enhance the detection of RR-TB based on combined locked nucleic acid (LNA) probes with high-resolution melting curve analysis (HRM).
