<i>Argyranthemum frutescens</i>, which belongs to the Anthemideae (Asteraceae), is widely cultivated as an ornamental plant. In this study, the complete chloroplast genome of <i>A. frutescens</i> was obtained based on the sequences generated by Illumina HiSeq.
