The genome sequence of a snail-killing fly,  Coremacera marginata (Fabricius, 1775).


ABSTRACT: We present a genome assembly from an individual female Coremacera marginata (Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Sciomyzidae). The genome sequence is 980 megabases in span. The majority of the assembly (99.84%) is scaffolded into six chromosomal pseudomolecules, with the X sex chromosome assembled.
