The genome sequence of the small pearl-bordered fritillary butterfly, Boloria selene (Schiffermuller, 1775).

ABSTRACT: We present a genome assembly from an individual female Boloria selene (the small pearl-bordered fritillary, also known as the silver meadow fritillary; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Nymphalidae). The genome sequence is 400 megabases in span. The complete assembly is scaffolded into 31 chromosomal pseudomolecules, with the W and Z sex chromosome assembled.
