Complete Genome Sequence of Hydrogen Peroxide-Producing Limosilactobacillus fermentum DM072 Isolated from the Human Oral Cavity.

ABSTRACT: The complete genome of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)-producing Limosilactobacillus fermentum strain DM072, isolated from the oral cavity of healthy volunteers in South Korea, was sequenced by long-read sequencing and was subsequently corroborated by short-read sequencing. The genome comprises one circular chromosome and one plasmid and lacks antimicrobial resistance genes.
