Trehalose and trehalose-6 phosphate played important roles in floral organ development, embryonic development, cell morphogenesis, and signal transduction under abiotic stress. However, little is known about the trehalose-6-phosphate synthase (<i>TPS</i>) gene family in <i>Brassica napus</i>.
