ABSTRACT:

Background

Osteosarcoma (OSA) is the most prevalent type of bone cancer with a high rate of metastasis. Circular RNAs (CircRNAs) play an essential role in multiple aspects of tumour biology. This study aimed to elucidate the role of circEMB in OSA.

Methods

circRNAs related to OSA invasion were identified via RNA sequencing and qRT-PCR. The relationship between circEMB levels and clinicopathological features of OSA was examined using the clinical specimens and data of 53 patients with OSA.
