In this paper, we report the <i>in situ</i> growth of FF nanotubes examined <i>via</i> liquid-cell transmission electron microscopy (LCTEM). This direct, high spatial, and temporal resolution imaging approach allowed us to observe the growth of peptide-based nanofibrillar structures through directional elongation.
