Lactic acid bacteria are a major component of dairy products, especially species belonging to the genus <i>Lactobacillus</i>. This study reports the whole-genome sequence of Schleiferilactobacillus harbinensis isolated from <i>laban</i>, indigenous fermented milk of Saudi Arabia.
