ABSTRACT: Rhodococcus qingshengii PM1 was isolated from selenium-rich carbonaceous mudstones in Enshi, Hubei, China. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of this strain, which was obtained by combining Illumina and Nanopore sequencing.
