Stimulus-responsive biodegradable nanocarriers with tumor-selective targeted drug delivery are critical for cancer therapy. Herein, we report for the first time a redox-responsive disulfide-linked porphyrin covalent organic framework (COF) that can be nanocrystallized by glutathione (GSH)-triggered biodegradation.
