ABSTRACT: Precise regulation of kinases and phosphatases is crucial for human metabolic homeostasis. This study aimed to investigate the roles and molecular mechanisms of protein tyrosine phosphatase type IVA1 (PTP4A1) in regulating hepatosteatosis and glucose homeostasis.
