Secretory pathway Ca<sup>2+</sup>/Mn<sup>2+</sup> ATPase 1 (SPCA1) actively transports cytosolic Ca<sup>2+</sup> and Mn<sup>2+</sup> into the Golgi lumen, playing a crucial role in cellular calcium and manganese homeostasis.
