Whole Genome Metabolism - Rattus norvegicus

ABSTRACT:

Whole Genome Metabolism of "Rattus norvegicus"
This is a whole genome metabolism model of Rattus norvegicus.
This model has been automatically generated by the SuBliMinaL Toolbox and libAnnotationSBML using information coming from from KEGG (release 66, April 2013, accessed via the resource's web services interface) and, where relevant, augmented with metabolic pathway information extracted from MetaCyc (version 17.0, March 2013).
This model has been produced by the path2models project and is currently hosted on BioModels Database and identified by: BMID000000140404 .
Other models with the same genus include BMID000000009583 BMID000000009584 BMID000000009585 BMID000000009586 BMID000000009587 BMID000000009588 BMID000000009589 BMID000000009590 BMID000000009591 BMID000000009592 BMID000000009593 BMID000000009594 BMID000000009595 BMID000000009596 BMID000000009597 BMID000000009598 BMID000000009599 BMID000000009600 BMID000000009601 BMID000000009602 BMID000000009603 BMID000000009604 BMID000000009605 BMID000000009606 BMID000000009607 BMID000000009608 BMID000000009609 BMID000000009610 BMID000000009611 BMID000000009612 BMID000000009613 BMID000000009614 BMID000000009615 BMID000000009616 BMID000000009617 BMID000000009618 BMID000000009619 BMID000000009620 BMID000000009621 BMID000000009622 BMID000000009623 BMID000000009624 BMID000000009625 BMID000000009626 BMID000000009627 BMID000000009628 BMID000000009629 BMID000000009630 BMID000000009631 BMID000000009632 BMID000000009633 BMID000000009634 BMID000000009635 BMID000000009636 BMID000000009637 BMID000000009638 BMID000000009639 BMID000000009640 BMID000000009641 BMID000000009642 BMID000000009643 BMID000000009644 BMID000000009645 BMID000000009646 BMID000000009647 BMID000000009648 BMID000000009649 BMID000000009650 BMID000000009651 BMID000000009652 BMID000000009653 BMID000000009654 BMID000000009655 BMID000000009656 BMID000000009657 BMID000000009658 BMID000000009659 BMID000000009660 BMID000000009661 BMID000000009662 BMID000000009663 BMID000000009664 BMID000000009665 BMID000000009666 BMID000000009667 BMID000000009668 BMID000000009669 BMID000000009670 BMID000000009671 BMID000000009672 BMID000000009673 BMID000000009674 BMID000000009675 BMID000000009676 BMID000000009677 BMID000000009678 BMID000000009679 BMID000000009680 BMID000000009681 BMID000000009682 BMID000000009683 BMID000000009684 BMID000000009685 BMID000000009686 BMID000000009687 BMID000000009688 BMID000000009689 BMID000000009690 BMID000000009691 BMID000000009692 BMID000000009693 BMID000000009694 BMID000000009695 BMID000000009696 BMID000000009697 BMID000000009698 BMID000000009699 BMID000000009700 BMID000000009701 BMID000000009702 BMID000000009703 BMID000000009704 BMID000000009705 BMID000000009706 BMID000000009707 BMID000000009708 BMID000000009709 BMID000000009710 BMID000000009711 BMID000000009712 BMID000000009713 BMID000000009714 BMID000000009715 BMID000000009716 BMID000000009717 BMID000000009718 BMID000000009719 BMID000000009720 BMID000000009721 BMID000000009722 BMID000000009723 BMID000000009724 BMID000000009725 BMID000000009726 BMID000000009727 BMID000000009728 BMID000000009729 BMID000000067777 BMID000000067778 BMID000000067779 BMID000000067780 BMID000000067781 BMID000000067782 BMID000000067783 BMID000000067784 BMID000000067785 BMID000000067786 BMID000000067787 BMID000000067788 BMID000000067789 BMID000000067790 BMID000000067791 BMID000000067792 BMID000000067793 BMID000000067794 BMID000000067795 BMID000000067796 BMID000000067797 BMID000000067798 BMID000000067799 BMID000000067800 BMID000000067801 BMID000000067802 BMID000000067803 BMID000000067804 BMID000000067805 BMID000000067806 BMID000000067807 BMID000000067808 BMID000000067809 BMID000000067810 BMID000000067811 BMID000000067812 BMID000000067813 BMID000000067814 BMID000000067815 BMID000000067816 BMID000000067817 BMID000000067818 BMID000000067819 BMID000000067820 BMID000000067821 BMID000000067822 BMID000000067823 BMID000000067824 BMID000000067825 BMID000000067826 BMID000000067827 BMID000000067828 BMID000000067829 BMID000000067830 BMID000000067831 BMID000000067832 BMID000000067833 BMID000000067834 BMID000000067835 BMID000000067836 BMID000000067837 BMID000000067838 BMID000000067839 BMID000000067840 BMID000000067841 BMID000000067842 BMID000000067843 BMID000000067844 BMID000000067845 BMID000000067846 BMID000000067847 BMID000000067848 BMID000000067849 BMID000000067850 BMID000000067851 BMID000000067852 BMID000000067853 BMID000000067854 BMID000000067855 BMID000000067856 BMID000000067857 BMID000000067858 BMID000000067859 BMID000000067860 BMID000000067861 BMID000000067862 BMID000000067863 .
